Need recommendation on new budget comp!

HI ALL,


I wish to get a rig for my sister but not sure on what kind of parts would be better.

She does not need monitor, keyboard, speaker or mouse.
Need a OS and wifi. Mainly using it for microsoft office and surfing net.
Might use it for light gaming too.

Budget around 600-700.

Please assist
