Need recommendations for a new PC build

Hello, my 5-6 years old PC finally show signs of dying on me with constant crashing loading into Windows. I tried reformatting but it didn't make the issue go away. Thinking it's time to get a new PC, and I have 2 questions.

1) Should I re-use my current SSD (Samsung Pro 850 250GB) considering that the SSD might have an issue? What I want to know is if the constant crashings could be linked to a faulty SSD. The SSD is perhaps 4 years old max.

2) Anyone can recommend me a rig with budget 1-1.2k? CPU only (excluding keyboard, mouse, monitor etc), and I will need help for assembly (so same shop or pay someone $). I use it for a variety of purposes, including light gaming. Want it to be lasting so prefer a reliable PSU.

Download and run crystaldiskinfo to check the health of your SSD to see if it's the culprit.

Thanks, but I can't even on my computer now without it crashing after the Windows logo. I get a minute or two max of usage yesterday.

if u can successfully formatted computer
doubt it has anything to do with ur ssd

have u try to enter safe mode?

If you have a spare HDD or SSD around, try installing Windows on it after removing the existing SSD.

Not yet, what can I try in safe mode? I basically delete my old windows partition and re-allocate new space for the new windows installation. Didn't work.

why no just buy an sata ssd and try 1st? or if u really need help i have spare sata HDD and a windows installer USB flash drive which u can try and use.

if u can boot into safe mode, it just means driver issue
if driver isn't the issue, then is ram issue, after loading a certain amount of data...since u used the com that long, might need to resit ram

if u cant boot into safe mode....well...check back again

If it is on an external graphics card, suggest removing it and connecting display port to the motherboard directly to see if it is the faulty item.

Managed to run crystaldiskinfo, shows SSD health as 100%.

Able to boot safe mode. Able to run windows for a while before randomly crashing (and keep crashing from there until I let it rest for a day or 2).

Changed RAM slots already. Even run 1 at a time to see if there are any issues with the RAM. Didn't work.

Fan become noisy as hell now too (previously was quiet). So now the culprits could be GPU, PSU or motherboard. If it is MB then GG may as well get a new PC.

intel processor seldom faulty, mostly is mb.

check if ur ram is running at stock speed in bios
if it isn't...just keep resit until it does then try windows again
in old com, ram do get "faulty" due to oxidization, just rub the teeth and keep resit a few times on the ram slot to "rub" the slot to make it working properly again.

if is already running at full speed, check back again
