Need recommendations for Mobo + CPU bundle!

Greetings all,

I need help on getting a Mobo with an i7 7700k @ $700sgd more or less.

Mainly would be playing CSGO competitively at low settings. (Reso 1920x1080, single display)
I would love to max out/get highest possible frames so yeah. (Using a BenQ XL2411Z 144hz)

Will still casually play other games like GTA V, BF 1, Tomb Raider, Fallout etc...
So I thought I'd just get the above mentioned CPU.

All helps and recommendations would be greatly appreciated

You will be bottleneck by your GPU. You will have lesser eye candy by targeting 144fps. Just saying.

Cheapest Z270 + i7-7700K is Gigabyte Z270M D3H, bundled for $717 at PC THEME. But unlocked chip doesn't come with HSF. You will need to purchase a HSF for it. Would recommend Cryorig H7 for $65. This HSF allow some mild overclocking also.

If you intend to upgrade gpu, I would not recommend you overclocking your cpu. 550W doesn't have much headroom if you get like gtx 1070 or gtx 1080.
