Need some advice for pc build

I would like to play games at 1440p smoothly
Currently looking at 2 builds

1:
Ryzen 2200g
RX 580 8gb
1440p 75hz monitor

2:
Ryzen 5 2600
Vega 56
1440p 144hz monitor

Is it worth the much higher of cost of option 2 to increase 1440p fps from 60-75 to 75-100 in games like BF1, far cry, assassin creed? My question is whether your eye can really detect a noticeable difference between the two fps ranges?


Also, anybody can recommend 1440p 75hz or 144hz monitor **with freesync**?

XB271HU for 1440p 165hz IPS panel with g-sync. But to maximize the potential of this monitor, u need a beefy gpu... we are talking at least 1080ti for games like BF1.

any recommendation for monitor with freesync? gsync monitor too expensive for me
