Order as in online pre order? If not u can try Slim Lim Square or visit this link www dot hardwarezone.com dot sg/priceLists for the component prices.

Lately there's some online sale from Lazada and Qoo10, Pros would be u might get the parts cheaper, Cons are u have to fix them yourself. There online guide on how to DIY the parts together.

I, myself is also planning to get a rig for around that price. You might want to look into 1060 or 1070.
