As Title said,

I need some help about DBS multi-currency. I want to get something on Ebay and if I wish to pay them in EUR.
Can I use the multi-currency covert them into EUR. Make the payment with my card?
Will it deduct from the multi-currency EUR? Do I have to enable Travel Mode ?

Will my foreign currency funds be debited automatically when I spend using my linked DBS Visa Debit Card?

Yes. If your My Account is linked as the primary account to your DBS Visa Debit Card, foreign currency purchases made online and overseas will automatically be debited from your account’s respective foreign currency funds without any foreign exchange conversion fees. This also applies to overseas ATM withdrawals.
Note: The respective Multi-Currency Account (MCA) foreign currency wallet must contain sufficient funds prior to making a transaction. Only then will your transaction be automatically debited from the respective foreign currency wallet without any foreign exchange conversion fees. Please ensure that your DBS Visa Debit Card is primary linked to your MCA and the correct currency is selected at point of transaction. Please also note that in some cases, depending on how the merchant processes your transaction, your transaction may be billed to you in another foreign currency other than the local currency.

You never see this?

You might have to wait after conversion before using the card. I had a problem before with another bank when I converted and used the card immediately. Apparently the system had not enough time to refresh and so it deducted SGD instead of the foreign currency even though it already appeared in the account in internet banking

They said nothing can be done. Basically I should have waited at least 15 minutes after conversion so their back end to catch up. Simple solution terminated banking relationship with them thereafter

I didn't ask because once they told me it's my fault for being too quick they closed the matter

Hmm what you mean "they closed the matter"?

If you asked, they cannot just simply close the matter no?
