I think u can drop the VG248QE, it costs $499. Thats 1/3 of ur budget and u need good gpu to run 120fps@120hz..

CPU+ Mobo: MSI B85-G41 PC MATE + i5 4460 (350)
RAM: CORSAIR VENGEANCE 1600MHZ ( 4GBx2pcs ) CL9 (119)
GPU: MSI R9 280 3GB GAMING (339)
SSD: CRUCIAL MX100 128GB (111)
HDD: WESTERN DIGITAL 1TB BLUE (72)
DVD-RW: LG 24X DVD-RW SATA OEM (25)
PSU: FSP AURUM S 600W (109)
Case: CM ENFORCER (149)
OS: WINDOWS 8 PROFESSIONAL 64BIT (18) (g2a.com)
Monitor: AOC 24" e2461Fwh (219)

Total cost: $1511

Unless otherwise stated, buy at PC Themes, #04-15, and ask for discounts. DIY yourself. If you can't into DIY, go to PC Care & Solution at #02-32 and ask Nigel to help you assemble for a fee.

Notes:

1) Due to lack of $$$, a 60Hz monitor is included into the build.

2) A R9 280 is included in this build instead of a GTX 760 as the R9 280 is cheaper and yet offers better performance than the GTX 760. With this card, you can play Witcher 2 on Ultra without Ultrasampling activated smoothly at 60FPS.

3) The CM Enforcer is quite a expensive casing and the CM Trooper is even more expensive. Hence, due to lack of $$$, the CM Enforcer is chosen due to its cheaper price.

Yes, it will be compatiable, but why do you need 16GB RAM? Games generally do not use that much RAM unless the game has memory leak issues.

Any DDR3 RAM is compatible. Btw, Vengeance (non-Pro) are just value ram sticks with a fancy heatspreader stuck on it
