Can i go for 1 for 1 exchange ? (still with warranty)

Lol. U can't. With or without warranty, if there's any cosmetic damages, they won't do a 1 for 1 exchange for u

It will depend. I change mine on the m1. I drop and it dent on the power button. M1 change without question ask.

Dent sometimes telco close one eye, but if screen crack very unlikely

M1 usually can... I exchanged mine and next to me is one Aunty, her iPhone 5 got scratches like no tomorrow and still get thru. Mine look like mint felt so cheated.. Lol

Dents and scratches most probably no problem, as for a cracked screen.... very little hope.

Can pay 350 to get a refurbished one right? Or no longer gor this practice?
