Need suggestion

Hi guys,

Need ur suggestion to setup new rig to replace my old spoilt rig.

Just need a basic rig with budget less than $250 if possible, max is $300.
Basicslly wat i need are:
- casing with power supply
- motherboard with processor (dun mind AMD as long as can run win 7)
- ram.
- keyboard and mouse

Wat i alrdy hv from the old pc are sata hdd, monitor and dvd writer.
Simple usage for word processing and surfing net.
