Need suggestions for Hyper V build

Hi Guys,

I would like to setup a test environment at home (Hyper V)

Prefer the following

1) i7 Processor
2) 32GB RAM
3) 512GB SSD

Could you guys please suggest the parts i should get for budget of $1500 SGD?
