Asus G750 Haswell Gaming Laptop Unboxing Review and Benchmarks - YouTube
This is JW model GTX765M. Wait for JX rumor on 770M and JH on 780M:s12:

Design was patterned from G46. No more access to fan filters and aluminum panel on keyboard was removed:vijayadmin: But got ROG logo LED backlit on the back:D

Good news but, i apologize for raining on your thread,

but I would be rather worried on their USB 3 ports and other minior but annoying kinks

overall, if you gotten a good system out of the box, thats jackpot there...but usually, i've read on their ROG forums on how the gfx cooling [ especially how the thermal paste is applied] and their buggy USB 3 [ friend had it checked 3 times, ports they claim is working, but he just gave up ]

Not to deter anyone from buying, but just be wary and ready for issue.

No problem. Hope they will fixed some issues on these new haswell models as their price and spec ratio are really competitive.

Sorry to hear that. What issue on gpu cooling? Afaik G series has very good cooling system especially on kepler models..

G75VX user here. Been impress how low temps getting on 670mx while gaming 60-65c max.

Only issue i had was driver support from nvidia because 670mx was fresh last quarter 2012. I need to custom install to work on latest driver.

The cooling on the G75 series is great, but I wonder how well it fares with a GTX780M in there. The thermal compound is nothing great, typical of most manufacturers out there. The previous removable fan filter is not a useful function anyway. The filter still allows dust to go in anyway, so I rather have access to the fans and fins directly to vacuum them once in awhile.

It looks like Asus went for a 'clean uniform' appearance on the keyboard frame now, there's no more soft rubber palmrest nor are the speakers in plain sight. Also it looks like no nvidia Optimus again for the 4th time in a row...

I think again this is due to them implementing 3D feature, thus, not supported by Optimus if I am not mistaken. I don't get it why they need to have this 3D feature anyway to be honest. Its simply not taking off.
