New built pc not starting

Somehow my new rig isn't booting up. Everything supposed to light up lights up but nothing shows up on the monitor, these are the list of parts.

MSI Z97 pc mate
I5-4460
Corsair vengeance 2400mhz 2x8 gb,
Seagate 1TB hard disk
Seasonic S12II bronze 620W
Zotac gtx 980ti AMP! Omega
Corsair spec 2

What could be the cause?

Connect your monitor to your graphics card instead of your motherboard?

check:

any error beeps (if there is speaker)
remember to plug in 6/8pin PCIE power to graphics card?
which monitor output are u using (graphics card or onboard)
checked the monitor input is selected properly?
monitor is receiving power and plugged in?

i assume fans are spinning but no display.

or maybe try switching the psu, had issues with seasonic psu...

Check the screw nuts whether you put in any additional or not.

Thanks guys! The problem is solved. I didn't connect to the screen to the graphic card but to the motherboard and that cause the problem. Really appreciate the help!
