New deaktop < 1.5k

I'm looking to get a new desktop with budget of 1.5k. It'll be used for some gaming, video streaming and office work.

Monitor, keyboard and mouse not required. Can I have some advice please?

Games like witcher3 and mass effect. For streaming, I meant mainly live sports like epl and nba.

Being a Mass Effect fan myself, you will need at least a 1060 to enjoy the poor coding of Mass Effect Andromeda

If you want a one shot graphic card forget about upgrading until got budget to buy 4k screen, then take a 1060 6gb or 1070 TI

So my recommendation

CHoose a graphic card, build your PC around the remaining budget
For streaming if you are the streamer, please go get an I7.
