New gaming rig recommendations

Helping a friend on building a gaming rig only no other pc stuff... Budget around / less than 2.5k .. All the latest game, like all the recent games at max or ultra setting. he is not a over clocker so best put at the standard setting for the pc to simplify for him. Do include win 7/8

They some times have discount lah. But still quite high. TS can do some hunting for this 2 as Tradepac has nuts on Gaming Peripherals.

So yeah TS. Try hunting that 2 stuffs.
