My 5 year old laptop just started having problems.
Looking to buy a new one. Budget $1.4k-$1.5k.
Using for gaming.

Looked through Courts website, is this good ?
http://www.courts.com.sg/15.6in-intel-core-i7-4720hq8gb-win-8.1-genpr-242224-m.html

There are other threads saying Asus after-sales support is no good. Anybody has experience with them ?
Otherwise, any recommendation for other models ?
Specs should be about the same as the one in the link.

Thanks for reading.

No need HQ just get i5 model save battery

Will be using AC power, battery doesn't matter.
It will be removed.

I looked through the models, the graphic cards for the i5-5500u models seem to be slower than than GTX 950m for the above model.

If support is a concern, get Aftershock - local brand with excellent service and can customized for gaming effectiveness

Is 8GB RAM sufficient?
Maybe I buy another 8GB RAM from Amazon if there is a good deal during BF.
