Hi all,
Anyone got any idea if a person who is banned from m1 and starhub due to some overdue fees years ago (but already settle the money just they banned him till don't know when) can sign up for new line with singtel?
He asks me but I got no answer for him. I tell why not sign up for the mvno telco but he says he want to use the company promo given to him. The CIS contract. The company don't recognise the mvno.
Does anyone have any idea?
I ask him to ask singtel and they say can but he afraid get rejected due to this issue.
Thanks for the help. I recommend him TPG but he wishes to get a phone as well.
