not sure why u picked 1 black and 1 white stick even assuming u take 2x of the cheaper pricing, thats us$115 which is s$160 with gst. sls already stocks the tighter klevv fit v 6000mhz cl32 kit for s$120-130, even am5 sweet spot memory of 6000mhz cl30 can already be found at s$150.

actually i'm intending to get from dynacore. it's just that i used pcpartpicker to come up with the build.
the black & white stick is a mistake. it'll both be the same black stick (2x16)

When i see this, i think there is one big issue, you are picking these ASUS components that have really heavy asus tax, if u buy them locally, i think that B650 board cost S$300+ which is not worth the price, ya its a good board but the asking price is too much.

Also if you have ATX case, why pick that board, i think asus is trying to ripoff mATX users with the premium they are charging for it. There's a better chance to land a good value ATX board. I would consider to get a motherboard with 3 NVME slot in case you want to further expand in future.

Overall, its generally ok aside from asus component not having that great of a value for money, and same thing goes for your GPU, its just going to be quite expensive with the asus brand on it so you might want to actually check local prices and revise.

yea dynacore doesnt have the best selection of ram, though i didnt know they were selling the crucial kits quite affordably nowadays. if u want rgb theres the gskill ripjaws m5 for just $2 more.
case wise i think should go matx case since u are going matx board, matx board in atx case would look very empty. one of those nr200 style matx cases would be more fitting like the asus ap201 or lian li a3-matx, either are cheaper than the 4000d.
dynacore range of psus also not very good value for money, and i feel 750w is enough if ur just getting a 4070tiS. u can maybe consider the cm gx ii 750w, which is rated higher on cybernetics than the seasonic focus and retains the 10y warranty.

do check with dynacore if they still have the 4070tiS in stock, likely running out as 5070 series launch is imminent.

78x3d is very efficient for gaming, one of if not the lowest power chip, so no benefit spending extra for aio.

dynacore bundle pricing for these asus boards is very competitive actually (one of the cheaper local am5 combos around), but i do believe they are bulk purchase as they do not come in the regular retail packaging.
