new pc recommendation?

can recommend me a new pc setup for gaming?
preferably gtx970
playing games like gta v, witcher 3 and fallout 4.
hope can hit 60fps and my budget is 1.5k.

possible to get something that's futureproof for the next 5 yrs too?
my current rig is at least 7 or 8 yrs already

im actually looking at Fractal Design Arc Midi R2 and also Samsung ssd instead.
also how come msi vs palit 970 the price range quite big?
any comments on that?
and now ddr3 and ddr4 ram can be used together?

Think most will recommend AOC or Dell monitors in particular the U2414H..
Gfx card price difference also due to branding ba..

DDR4 is only used for skylake.

certain skylake mobo support both but you cannot mix them.
