Hi guys,

planning to get a new rig for my bro/sis-in-law for their new home.

Usage wise should be mainly web surfing, youtube and movies to be connected to their TV. No gaming at all.

Budget is about S$600~, will require windows, wireless mouse and keyboard but no need monitor or speakers.

Hope it is possible to squeeze in a nice build for them.
