Thanks for the detail information. So in a nutshell, you using these 3 in 1 for your machine?

1) Distill Water (Get from Watson)
2) Biocide/Silver coils (Get from Giant?)
3) Anti-algae solution (Can get in petshop)

oh, i only use 1) and 3)
biocide is a term for anti microbial/algae growth component.

you should use either one would be enough..
i only use my anti algae as a biocide.. (i believe it should be enough) I don't use any other microbial deterrent..

just a note that commonly people use silver coils OR PtNuke...

[EDIT]: PtNuke/silver coils aren't so commonly available in singapore... normally you can order online to ship in or go around forums to see whether anyone happen to sell 2nd hand silver coils... that's why i just went to use anti-algae solution..
other option is to go find any other .999 silver to just let it rest in the loop..

IMHO, air cooling is more practical... and if you wanna do water cooling, make sure you're proficient in it if not sure call tech support now and then :D

I bought the NZXT Kraken X40 to cool my 7950.

Had to self custom a copper shim, which was quite easy to do.

I used zip ties to secure the copper head to the die, which was easy as well, as there is a club known as the "Red Mod" in the overclock forum: Source. Also they got Nvidia Red Mod club as well.

Load temperature went down from 72 max to 52 max.
