Just go and read up their T&C for warranty at their website.

Workaround solution, can consider external ssd, connect via USB port. Means no need to open pc case and risk void warranty

Usually if nothing happens, then no issue... but if there is any fault, Acer may point to the replaced SSD... usually if the fault is unrelated, example, screen failure then I think no problem... adding another SSD to an empty slot shouldn't void your warranty... I think Acer is quite reasonable... a lot also depends on the tech you get examining your laptop...

Typically for branded PC, RAM upgrade is OK.
To change the SSD may void the warranty.
But think it this way since it have 3 years warranty than use it as it.
Any issue let Acer handle, who knows for example you change the default SSD and got issue than how?
If you need more storage just add a hard disk which won't void the warranty.
However take note if there is a warranty sealed on the side panel than it mean cannot open.

This brand Acer nitro
Although the T&C for acer technician to come, parts must not be remove giben that all parts are acer. Add in ssd won't void it? If there is slot?
