No Logon Server detected on Server

I have 2 laptops both joined to office domain, when plugged in with Laptop A, able to login and with Internet through the LAN cable, but when using the same LAN cable from same network port, laptop B when logged in, show there are no logon server available error msg.

When using another network port to connect with the LAN cable, Laptop B was able to login


Anyone know why this is happening??

Are the 2 laptops the same model? For laptop B when you get the no login server error, is the link light on the network port on?
