No PES letter?

Hi guys, pre-enlistee here. Ok actually I got my PES very long ago, i think it has been close to 1-2 months ago. I got my PES through NS portal and they also sent me an SMS saying i got a new PES. However, I did not receive any letter regarding my PES. Is this normal? Cos my friends received PES letter and VA letter :(
