Noisy stock AMD hsf solution.

was using a phenom 970 with the stock hsf and it was noisy as hell under load. took out the hsf and realized the TIM that came with it was almost perfectly untouched, acting more like an insulator instead. wiped it off reapplied ceramique and its perfect. completely silent under load. was almost gonna buy cm212 to replace. it

i think this might work for the newer stock amd fx stock hsf too. the stock TIM doesnt even work.
