non camera phone

hey guys, just need a lil help here.

i'm in a red zone camp and would be needing a non camera phone that is able to surf net, (insta,twitter,whatsapp)

what would be a good choice of phone?

is phicomm i600 a good investment?

my budget is <100.

Phicomm i600 is Ok for that price range, but expect a lot of lag. Even Whatsapp/Twitter/Instagram will lag.
