note 2 wun rotatw screen

Cant rotate my screen . Smart stay off. Tried restart a few times shake also cannot rotate. Calibre gyrometer also wun rotate. On dxdll 1 firmware. Should I go repair it

Common issue. Restarting the phone shld solve the problem. Another solution I found out is to open whatsapp, go to a random chat. It shld auto change back to portrait display

no bro . restarting wun solve the problem. and the wadsapp solution wun work either
