Note 3 alarm faulty ?

My alarm didn't ring.
I tried to set it 1 min later and see what's going on and i found out that the alarm won't ring but the screen turn on and the alarm was turn off.

How do i solve this issue?

Try another 3rd party alarm if not is your phone you may want to reset it

Try clearing the cache of the alarm app..
