note 3 screen black with slight crack

slight crack and the screen is black. should be still functioning cause when I on/off the phone can hear the sound. bought around 1/2 a year. anybody knows warranty cover this repair anot.

By right, warranty do not cover screen cracked by user.
By left, this depend how you talk to customer service guy. Read of some cases that if 1st time claiming warranty, they may write off the charge based on good-will.
