I have just bought a new pink color note 4 for my wife around last year Christmas time and the back cover is stain with dirty black stains mark as she put it in her handbag, it is not those cheap bag, and I went down to the service center and had to pay $30 to replace the back cover.
She as previously place note 3 while color and did not have such issues. Any one of u also face the same problem?
Seems that the Samsung service center ppl are not at all friendly. They just want to push u away.... Still for being 1st handphone maker, time for them to go downhill like Nokia?
