OS wise, apple allow maybe 4 to 5 year for free upgrade
Battery, note will allow u to change easily, apple will likely optimized by software
At the moment, note will be easily to get from telco, iphone 64GB seem much difficult,as for normal and simple useage, both are good.. if u just want to get a phone then just get note 4
