Note3 Slow Motion Video

My note3 has screen flickering issue for slow motion video recording. Had replaced camera in Samsung service centre but the problem cannot be resolve, they have show me another phone which has similar problem and told me this is software problem. Anyone has this problem?

Is the video taken under fluorescent lighting?

If it is, then it's the stroboscopic effect can give to moving
motion. Fluorescent lamps using a magnetic power line frequency
ballast do not give out a steady light; instead, they flicker at
twice the supply frequency.

Try outdoor shoot to confirm if it's the camera.
