This is the section 133c.... You can read it. Its basically saying minister has the full authority to cancel a person's visa if he wants.

This is his personal powers and court cannot do overrule his powers (he can overrule court). This this really ultimate....

Djokovic has a right to challenge the latest order in court, and many experts expect he will.

They say it’s likely he will first seek a court injunction to stop his immediate deportation. After that he can launch a case against the specific ground of his visa cancellation.

He is expected to retain the services of legal firm Hall and Wilcox, in Melbourne, who successfully delivered him his first legal win

“He probably would do that, in large measure because he doesn’t want it on the record, he would want to fight it. And he’s a fighter anyway, we know that about him.” Prof Mary Crock, immigration law expert at the University of Sydney had earlier told the BBC.

However, its worth keeping in mind that the Australia Open is due to start on 17 January -

Just need to drag it to 18 Jan then he also can't continue to play even if he is to win this legal case again.

Unlikely. At most only for any expenses incurred during detention/quarantine. It's not like he would have automatically won the match even if there had been no case.

Yes he can challenge the minster's decision. However, the minister has the right to overrule any court decision. No.10 specifically says that. Then no.4 also specify that court decision does not apply to this section.

this is basically minister's personal powers. So, basically his only hope is to make the minister reverse his decision. Court cannot overrule minister's personal powers.

If he made the choice to be unvaxxed we should discriminate him.

It's only fair.

He is a sore loser who just refuses to accept any upset, on or off the court.
He should just be graceful and accept the fact that he is not welcome in Australia.
