Now that I think about it, I have avoided Carlsbeg cos it seemed to taste sourish. Haven't had a Carlsbeg for many years, but a weeks back, I drank one and it didn't seem that bad. Maybe Vietnam Carlsbeg tastes better than Malaysia Carlsbeg? (personal preference)
