Nsmen ICT questions

After some years finally my 2nd ICT. I wasn't sure had anything changed for the last 8 years since ord but some questions :

1) Is one allowed to carry SBO on buses and trains?
2) civil cloth to book in and out of camp is it still shirt and jean ?
3) for stay in nsmen who needed sbo and fbo, do most nsmen bring in duffel bag to store the essential things ?
4) Is one allowed to wear long 4 on buses and trains ?
5) ICT-IPPT , nsmen can wear any comfortable non-army PT attire for IPPT ?
6) I remember I was asked to report 830am , but they only started briefing at close to 10. And nsmen were still walking in at close to 945. This is normal right ? So we don't have to be exactly at 830.

2) attire is shirt (long sleeve, short sleeve all can, sleeveless cannot) and long pants (those got whole type jeans cannot). you want to wear formal attire also can so long is shirt (with sleeve) and long pants.

3) go get the new field pack. that one big enough to store your webbing plus helmet plus 10 pack items and still got a lot of space left.

4) never heard before cannot.

5/6) depends on your unit.

regarding 6)

usually these are the same people who make the most noise when day 1 delay book out cos cannot finish the day 1 admin in time.

I would say try not to be more then 30 mins late.

new no4 only include personal clothing's. The field pack is not included. you have to buy from smart

you sbo also wun be changed unless you do kit exchange with cq

If the new field pack can fit in SBO + helmet + field pack items, i'm considering of getting one of it.

can fit everything.

i stuffed my helmet, LBV, ten pack items for mobs manning in my field pack and still got plenty of space inside.

IBV wont be issued as you need buffer time to get used to wearing it and 2 weeks isnt enough.

you are talking about the new pixelied iLBV. You are right that one is needed to do a acclimatisation course to wear this if you were not issued from BMT. Plus you cannot kit exchange for this even if you want to.

if you do a kit exchange of your SBO now, you will be given the 1 version before khaki green LBV. which actually uses the same mollee straps.

Can I wear sbo + new field pack as fbo? The new field pack like kinda long and may block sbo
