It is going to transit to classic care rider in 2021 and is more expensive than classic care rider.

Can a policy holder transit to classic care rider earlier than 2021?

Why not? As long as you’re willing to accept the new terms of the co-payment, you’re free to do so.

Correct me if I am wrong. The only difference I see is for non-panel payment.

The panel looks okay so hardly any difference for majority of policy holders.

On assist rider, your co-payment is capped regardless whether you go private non-panel or panel.

Whereas for classic, your co-payment is not capped when you go to a private non-panel doctor.
