Hey guys!

I'm going to be matriculating into NUS this year and already gotten into BA. A lot of my friends have been telling me to change to computer science since it's better. So I'm wondering if i actually should change and apply for CS this year. I just wanted to ask if you guys know what the difference between CS and BA?

Thanks!:spin:

Hi,

I am a strong advocate of "crashing classes" on a random day in your chosen course(s) and uni(s) to find out more about teaching content and if it'll be a good fit for you. Ask your seniors for advice on this :)

Another point to note is to check if your grades would have met the cut-off for CS when you were offered as that will be a key point for consideration from the university as well

Hope this helps

Cheers

BA and CS are a huge difference.. one is all on comp, the other is half stats + half comp

Hello! Was also wondering why there is quite a diff between the mean salary of CS grads and BA grads? Like CS is nearing 5K starting pay while BA is nearing 4.5K? Does this make BA less worthwhile a course to get into?

Thanks!
