NUS Gradeless First SEMESTER

Hi,

FYI.

National University Of Singapore will now introduce a grade-free first SEMESTER (not one year).

Students can S/U up to 20 Modular credits of their first semester. If S/U is not used, it may not be carried forward to subsequent semesters.

However, note that regardless of first semester, students are given another 12MCS worth of S/U for usage on remainig semesters.

The S/U option is applicable for:
All Level 1000 modules (Except for English for Academic Purposes modules); and
Level 2000 modules with no other NUS modules as pre-requisite.

last time the default 12 s/u can s/u any mod 1 leh now they restrict :eek:

wouldnt that make it harder to score later on since you su the easy mods
