I am getting a FPR 42" 3D TV and hooking to a computer with passive 3D glasses. Intending to play some games in 3D so I am getting a SLI or crossfire setup. No active 3D glasses as I think they are redundant and troublesome to charge it.
Nvidia 3Dplay GTX670 SLi or
AMD HD3D HD7950 crossfire
Currently this are the possible configuration since any higher will exceed the power envelope of the PSU.
What are the advantages and disadvantages of 3D play and HD3D, anyone has such a 3D gaming setup?
