Hey forum,
I've found a really good protein supplements to help me buff up, from Ocean Avenue it's developed by Franco Cavaleri and i would really like to share this with ya'll. I did some comparison online and this beats GNC and other brands.
Ocean Avenue Whey Smart (Meal replacement helps cut down fats in body as well)
All you need to know in this 1min video!
(0:13 you'll see the product but they updated it into the normal protein tin you can find outside)
Ocean Avenue Whey Beyond
I always mix this two tgt to get the best combo for gym day! My review of it is that it's really better then the one i had before(GNC), i don't have to add powder milk into my protein shakes anymore. They are very clear with their product and after much comparison online. The best investment you can ever make is investment upon yourself so rather I play safe with my intake!
