Project Details are as follows:
Oceanfront Suites - Minutes walk to the Beach
Tenure: Leasehold 946 years (Freehold Equivalent)
• 2 block of 5 storeys flat with 1st storey carpark & Swimming Pool.
• Total 58 units

1 Bed-Room Unit can go as low as $598k.

Do you think it is worth it to invest in this Project in terms of Rental Yield and Capital Appreciation? Why and Why Not? Discuss :D

Once you're sure about this financially, ask for further discount. It's a buyers market. Downside is Pasir Ris is really far despite the MRT/buses and these are always crowded with pinoys/indians FT who seems to like staying in the East if you don't mind renting out to them. I wouldn't.:eek:
