OCZ SSD local RMA Process?

My OCZ TR150 recently uplorry, occasionally can be detected, occasionally can't.

When it is detected, its performance is merely similar to a high-end HDD and latency is as high as a few seconds, even when freshly-erased using OCZ's SSD program.

Can I check if anyone here know if the RMA process with EA (Eternal Asia) is 1 to 1 or will I need to wait for a replacement drive?

Need a replacement drive somewhat urgently so if it takes a while to RMA then I'll prioritize purchasing a replacement SSD at a shop near me first instead of rushing to the East for a RMA.

Have local PC Themes receipt, not sure about the package since I bought it 2 years ago. Need to dig out the package to check.

EA not open until Monday, thus I was hoping someone here knows about their RMA process. If they don't do 1 to 1 then I'll just go buy a new SSD first, no need to wait until Monday then buy a new SSD.

Why not checked with PC Themes on this since you have the receipt as it is one of their product on sale.

For 1 to 1 is usually exchange to new at that point.


Last time my Samsung EVO 750 SSD 250GB failed and did the 1 to 1 exchanged within a minute as they check both the receipt and box on serial number is in order.
