Odd pixels around screen! GPU or Hardware? NEED HELP!

Hi all,

Recently I've been experiencing these odd pixels on my screen (image link is attached) and is causing a lot of disturbance to my daily usage. Rather annoying to see the screen blurred out especially when streaming videos.

I've just built this rig 2 months ago and every part is new. Could this be a problem with the hardware or is it a driver issue? I've yet to start any OC and the temperature seems to be running cool too.

Would greatly appreciate any comments or possible solutions from bros out there. Thank a ton in advance.

Specs:
CPU: Intel i5-3570k 3.40Ghz
Mobo: Asrock Z77 Extreme 4
RAM: 8 x 2 Gb Kingston Valueram
GPU: Powercolor HD7850
CPU Cooler: CM Hyper212
PSU: Seasonic S12 620W

1st remove your GPU and clean the PCI-E slot using brush.
2nd use dry cloth to clean the Golden part of the card
3rd place the card back and power up
4th install latest driver.

if above step do not work, then try this

1st run ram test
2nd run furmark test for 30 mins if you saw any weird display garbage then RMA your card.
