True. The grassroots guy in my BTO estate is very on the ball, approachable, proactive. Not say everyone will like him, but when he submits for followup, no one will dare to not followup. So best chance of success is to let him take up your case.

Not a healthy way of doing things, but, what to do. We are only capable of this level.

I'm from Sembawang GRC too.

Those polyclinics and sports facilities were part of the manifesto and promised upgrading during GE2015. But guess what? I only saw the construction start work at around late 2018.

I hope PAP does not use the said facilities to convince us (as voters) to vote for them AGAIN.

My incumbent MP is Khaw Boon Wan and he is stepping down for retirement. He has yet to dropby for a house visit yet. And the ugly butch Poh Li San is replacing Khaw in Sembawang ward of Sembawang GRC. Hell no.
