You will have people rushing for seat regardless. You will also see people giving you the stare when you sit on the non-priority seats. Lastly, you will have a group of people who feel entitled to having the seats. I have come across cases where people quarrel in the train over a seat. Usually the quarrel is more intense when it comes to the 'priority seat'.

btw I tried yesterday and during peak hour RP, i got 5G network! hooray!

Previously it was S$6 per month...

Gomo still has 5G senior plan at S$6 per month.

StarHub 5G Senior plan has the Passion Card offer at S$6 per month as well.

anymore reports of singtel rejecting $15.28 recontract?

No such reports recently.

Did they reject yours, or are you just hesitating to try?

Just go ahead to submit, nothing to lose if they reject. Unless previous contract already expiring/expired, can always try again in a week or 2.

Indeed this is the way to go.

I just get the S$15.28 recontract order accepted and the new contract will start tomorrow 3 July 2026.

Existing contract was supposed to expire on 13 August 2026. Usually I would click the recontract link only in late July or early August (one or two weeks before contract expire date).

This time I wanted to do it a bit earlier since I have decided to give up on Singtel Fibre (since Feb 2012) and switched to M1, because Singtel is very stubborn and did not want to give me the recontract offer I wanted. In case they rejected the S$15.28 recontract order, I would then ditch Singtel mobile as well. That did not happen though.
