I am also facing some disconnection drops on my 5G recently with about 10 to 20secs of no signal at all especially when I am moving (first 10secs 5G symbol still shown at top of phone, next 10secs 5G symbol gone before appearing again).

Seems that my phone is trying to restablish 5G (and also seems like my phone doesn't drop to 4G, unless the 5G cannot be found for a long time, will try to restablish 5G instead).

Never had this problem until like past few weeks only I think. Happens both above ground and underground, particularly when I am moving (e.g. on bus/MRT). At the same spot seems fine. Is this your experience too?

I at first thought was SIM card issue, but still happening after Singtel gave me newly issued 5G+ SIM (from existing 5G SIM). I also don't think is my phone issue, went overseas recently with overseas telco SIM and 5G/4G connection+ interchangeability was kinda fine.
I've similar experiences with different 1528 lines, both eSIM and physical SIM, so I'd say not SIM card issue.

Rather sad to see 4G from my iPhones, at the airport, but so long as can surf most of the time, I'll tolerate a while more... 🤞

Thanks bro for your reply
At least I know its not my phone/sim card issue probably.

Can I ask what phone you are using? I am on a Google Pixel 7 Pro, wonder isit because my phone abit dated and does not support the advanced 5g+ network from Singtel these days, thats why intermittent dropping of its 5g connection.

If you've already got a new SIM card to try to mitigate the problem, I'd say (and hope) it'd due to their NSA shutdown exercise.

My lines are in as new as iPhone 17PM, Air, and 13PM. I mainly surf with the 13PM while on the move, using the 17PM for more important stuff like payments. And yes, did notice recently that the payment apps lagged a little.

I won't worry too much unless there's prolonged disruption while surfing, or I can't make a payment.

Yup, this is what I experienced too. Kept switching between 5G & 4G and started recently, doesn't matter indoors/outdoors too.
ST used to be my most "reliable" line, but seems like all's the same on reliability now. :o

So to say that the chances of getting this 15.28 plan will be higher if the plan is not enhanced lite?

So after application, how long will it take to know the results?

Because I am also planning to help my parents get this plan from their current singtel postpaid plans. (theirs are not enhanced packages).

If my father has 2 numbers under his name (1 for him and 1 for my mother). can both lines get this $15.28 plan?
@Kennylyk i detailed my process here previously. You can check it out. Hope it helps: 👇

Just to share - managed to contract under the 15.28/month plan. Cannot recontract to that when I was on enhanced lite 24.50/month. Managed to changed to enhanced core $40/month and tried to use the link 2-3 days after I changed to enhanced core. But got ignored by SingTel. So they were quite particular about the 1 month period.

1 month contracted last day was 25 May. Recontracted on 26 May midnight. Today 27 May around 330pm, received service contract. Will commence from 30 May 26.

hopefully this info will help whoever that wants to change over to the 15.28/month plan. Thanks @Habrosus and @xiaofan for sharing earlier too!

I am using pixel 9a and have been experiencing the connectivity issues since April, after their outages. Previously seeing 5G but unable to connect, and lately seeing it dropped to 4G more often.

Yes same!! Around that period since.

Don't know how to fix it, so I just change my phone settings to perma use 4G instead. At least, connection doesnt drop halfway with no connection at all for like 20secs, even though in general slower, oh well
