Anyone has the $15.28 plan expired and how much do u pay after that? Is there changes to the plan in terms of data amt, calling time,etc?
Mine going to expire next month

If you got no extra data added in August 2026 to extend the benefits (S$15.28 discount, 5G access at S$5.09, Caller ID at S$5.45) until August 2028, you need to pay S$30.56 + S$5.08 + S$5.45 = S$41.10 per month, which is a crazy price to pay. So you have to either recontract (eg: same S$15.28 plan or the S$19.25 Enhanced Lite plan) or port out.

If you got the extension, the you still pay S$15.28 but you will lose Malaysia roaming data.

dang i just realised the 15.28 is only 5g+,no more enhanced

Now you have both the S$15.28 5G+ line and the S$19.25 5G+ Enhanced Lite line, probably you can carry out some tests to see if there are any real differences, for example, for your NSL peak time traveling experience.

As of now, I have not seen any concrete test reports saying that the 5G+ Enhanced Lite plan is better than 5G+ S$15.28 plan.

There are reports that 5G+ Priority plans are really better.

And my own limited tests show that the S$15.28 line is a bit better than Zym 5G and SingTel hi! 5G plans for local usage.

Actually one is wife line not mine haha. Anyway I want to update on my previous nsl experience with Singtel. Actually it sucks. Maybe that day when I wrote the review, there wasn’t as much peak people.

So no differences. S$15.28 5G line also sucks for NSL. My S$3 Starhub Prepaid S legacy 5G plan (usual price at S$10 per month, special Happy Prepaid Migration offer in Nov 2025) performs better than the SingTel S$15.28 line.

I have no real issues with EWL underground MRT stations but my tests are limited, especially during peak times. Other users seem to report issues.

Thanks. I didnt recieve or found any service agreement that mentioned data added. But when i check my Sep bill, i saw a 300GB added and plan expiry extended to Aug 2028.

hope this is true so that i dont need recontract

Appeal was successful, got 250GB until next year.

so... today

so i tried my luck yesterday and call them again. they told me no 15.28, ask me sign up the $19 plan and will waive the $23 early recon. i said no, your previous agent tell me got 15.28. then they say no, thats for senior plan. i continued to say no and that your previous agent tell me there is 15.28 and dont need to be senior just need to pay recon early fee..

today they call me. say will give me 15.28, but 4g, no 5g and dont need pay early recon fee. im like wtf no, it clearly say free 12months 5g+. then he continue to say thats for senior. and i said no, i have the promo website infront of me.
then they send me a link ask me take photo upload.

then he say ok 1 time exception give it to you 15.28.....but i have 2 lines with them, they tell me can only give exception to 1 line, the other line need to sign $19. i say nvm, give 1 line can already, i will port out the other one.

I didn't see any 2028 extension. Mine was originally expiring tmr and they didn't do anything previously. Only today I recontract, then my 2026 expiring one changed to 2027

ya...sometimes do talk quite a fair bit... so would prefer more just in case....b
but, now, i'm thinking of getting the $19 plan too... seems like quite wu hua.

No extension, CSO said some up-to-2028 will cease if I re-contract
