I've actually been wondering, if there's no data connection in our trains, will people still rush for seats...

You will have people rushing for seat regardless. You will also see people giving you the stare when you sit on the non-priority seats. Lastly, you will have a group of people who feel entitled to having the seats. I have come across cases where people quarrel in the train over a seat. Usually the quarrel is more intense when it comes to the 'priority seat'.

btw I tried yesterday and during peak hour RP, i got 5G network! hooray!
