Omnius for SE

i can't start Omnius for SE on my desktop computer ( Windows 7 ). error: caught unhandled unknown exception, terminating. reinstall doesn't work too. i have a laptop but it can't read my handphone in phone mode so i have to use Omnius on the desktop computer.

please help. thanks.
