one day in hakone

if using hakone pass
can i take from minami-shinjuku to odawara to Hakone- Yumoto?
spend a half day using free pass (most area cover), then go to gotemba outlet,
finish around 7pm.

take free shuttle to gotemba station take the JR (i know JR not include so i have to pay) from Gotemba Station to Matsuda and then walk to Shin-Matsuda (5 min) to catch the Odakyu Express Train back to minami-Shinjuku?

can board at minami-shinjuku? need to pay extra?

return from Shin-Matsuda? need to pay extra?

or it is fixed to board and alight at only shinjuku and odawara??

Stations on the Odakyu line are covered by the Hakone pass. You do not have to board at Shinjuku. Note that doing the Hakone round course takes quite a bit of time, especially if there are a lot of chinese tourists on that day. If you want to go to gotemba as well it'll be a bit of a rush. I left in the morning and finished around 3-4pm.

It says there's only 3 points to board the Odakyu for Hakone-Yumoto under the free pass.

Minami-Shinjuku is only a 130yen(2min) ride way to Shinjuku station. Your place of stay could be near enough for you to walk there.
