No issues at all ..
Mostly good except that I'm still seeing random apps staying awake in the background for no good reason. Battery life is still top tier but definitely less so due to this. Literally random, camera, whatsapp, instagram, system launcher etc etc.

Look at the overall screenshot, 9h active in the background out of about 16h run time (8am - 12midnight) with 3.5h screen time.

My whatsapp use is only around 1.5h foreground but 12h background over 24 hours and the battery, 21.5% over 24 hours or 24.5 hours from 8am to 12 midnight.

It's otherwise good. Even the camera, I think the camera has improved in the last update. Slightly but noticeable.

so long as its the usual official shops that sell locally distributed sets like redwhitemobile, mistermobile or mobyshop etc wun have any issues with warrenty so whatever shop goes the cheapest would be the best scenario. Normally i would quote the prices i find in the official store coz its definitely the safest store to buy from, coz theres importers selling CN sets that flash to global rom, not that those would have issues with usage, but if theres warrenty issues at least its covered by official Oppo service center at the Cathay
I bought from OnePhone Shopee. Phone is ok, just the warranty likely still "Non-Activate" haha. is it the same for everyone else who didn't purchase from official store?

Iirc, Onephone should be local set, strangely till now its still shown as non-activate. If like that, keep the invoice for warrenty purposes

Just keep the receipt like what @tkte_85 mentioned for warranty claims

Regarding the app wake up issue, I didn't monitor much as I did partial charges throughout the day. But Whatsapp known to run in background to receive timely notification. Don't see much issue with that though

WhatsApp ok but how about Camera, Photos, Gallery? Instagram too, I set this to restrict background activity yet you see the drain.

Don't get me wrong, it's still good, but it could potentially be a lot better.

Torn between op15 and oppofx9pro. Anyone care to tell me day to day usage? Which ui is smoother? Camera? Gaming?

UI is very similar since now OxygenOS is based on Oppo's ColorOS, but OxygenOS is still smoother coz its super clean with very minimal bloat, as well as more power efficient from snapdragon optimisation, and snapdragon is still the preferred and more optimised chip coz its in the market longer and game developers are more familiar making apps/games for that chip. But camera is no doubt X9Pro, but X9Pro pricing right now is acceptable but still definitely more ex than Oneplus, especially during platform promotions.

Yeap, weird. It's not always like that. Maybe 3 out of 5 days. I'm still comfortably using it from 80% to 10-30% daily with or without that drain thanks to the big battery. But the potential is there if OnePlus can resolve this or I can find the culprit to this.
