Oot and posting order

Hi, I’m here for inquiry of help. Helping a friend of mine asking for solution to some of his doubt in his ns.

He was oot due to some reason, his actual status is B1, waiting for pending downpes and he just got his posting order and when he report to the new camp, the in charge say he have to wait for the unit and vocation, which he still need to be deploy. Meanwhile his waiting sitting down.

1) Just checking, if let say there is still medical condition still progressing from the hospital, will the posting be delay?

2) who to seek help regarding the medical condition? As he have submitted Long time ago maybe like months before, will the pes review be done as well? How Long will it take for the pes review to be done?

3) what happened if his in unit, and the pes status still pending? Or maybe downpes, what will happen?

4) if let say his in one of the unit for the posting, can he request to change unit or camp?

5) any idea how Long have to wait for the posting?

1) possible. because if there is still uncertainty over his medical condition, they may not be certain what is a suitable posting for him

Depends on the unit. For my unit once posted in even though oot with pending medical, they will put you unofficially in admin or store position.

1) Just checking, if let say there is still medical condition still progressing from the hospital, will the posting be delay? as you had already mentioned, he got his posting on when to report to the new camp. Therefore, there will be no delays in the posting as the posting order has already been issued. The new unit will become the "holding area" until CMPB finalizes his vocation

2) who to seek help regarding the medical condition? As he have submitted Long time ago maybe like months before, will the pes review be done as well? How Long will it take for the pes review to be done? your story sounds bit weird. My understanding of your story is that his condition is still progressing which means pending. Therefore, PES review can only be conducted after his condition has been confirmed. Upon receiving the confirmation, he shall submit the report to the MO for endorsement which will then be submitted to the medical board for final review that is being conducted once a month.

3) what happened if his in unit, and the pes status still pending? Or maybe downpes, what will happen? as mentioned.. his PES if is pending. Basically there aren't much can be done as that determines the kind of vocation he will undertake. If downpes.. which is PES E being the lowest would be clerk vocation or even security trooper. Again, this is a subjective matter. If PES B1 remains, he will need to recourse BMT and posted to combat support. However, there may be a temp PES status issued to him. Usually is a temp PES E for maybe 3months or more. This temp PES itself would be enough to decide if clerk is something he will be assigned to assist in.

4) if let say his in one of the unit for the posting, can he request to change unit or camp? if due to consideration such as committments being unable to stay-in, or camp location is too far from home. A change of camp within the same Division could be possible.

5) any idea how Long have to wait for the posting? As long as he receives a temp PES or perm PES, posting should be decided within a month thereafter.
