Hi All,

I am looking to build a new PC after using a netbook for the past 4 years. Interested to play games like Battlefield 4 and GTA. Being totally new to building a PC and this forum, I came across this budget build below and would like to seek your opinions.

What is the cheapest price achievable and the places to get these parts? Possible to do it with a budget of $1300 or lower? Looking at the list, it seems that some of the parts mentioned cannot be found here and can be replaced with other similar and cheaper alternatives as well. (eg. RAM, PSU, SSD)

Sorry as I cant post the link. pcgamer.com/pc-build-guide-budget-gaming-pc/

Here are the specs:

CPU and Motherboard: Intel Core i3-6100 + AsRock Z170M Pro4S

RAM: Kingston HyperX Fury DDR4 2666 (8GB)

PSU: EVGA 500W 80PLUS Certified ATX12V/EPS12V

GPU: AMD Radeon R9 380 4GB

SSD: Crucial BX100 250GB

HDD: Western Digital Blue HDD (1TB)

CPU Cooler: Arctic Alpine 11 Pro Rev. 2

Casing: CoolerMaster N200

Thank you all for your opinions!

Thank you all for your replies! Judging from the number of items from Lazada, I guess I will wait for their 11/11 sales and take a look.
