OS updater (or the old Oxygen Updater) has had Oppo devices support for a while. Tbh i dun really recommend changing region zip method, as the SG update might have customisations or network band support specific to the SG's OS, not like Oneplus was where its just global variant vs india variant vs cn variant, so do at own risk. I rather just wait for the official RC/early release/official release

Changed from SG to APC, subsequent updates will be swapped back,

hence the curiosity of mine to test it since my main is no x9u

Thank your for sharing and managed to update to OS17 too using APC region! Also, checked and apps like singpass/dbs banking apps no issues.

actually what kinda dramatic improvements are there for ColorOS 17?

I'll just wait for it to come on its own... but I got no feel when it comes to OS upgrade (or update)
